Time: The Most Important Resource, Use It For Manifesting

Let’s time-travel,

Why is time important?

We live in a society in which the most important thing that we can give others is our time.

We often overstep our boundaries and prioritize others with it instead of giving that precious concept to ourselves.

I believe that time is the biggest social construct and it affects our lives in ways that we couldn’t even imagine. I first encountered this problem when reading “The Big Leap” by Gay Hendricks.

The time problem

Hendricks talks about how time is something that limits us instead of giving us freedom. He explains how we currently view it in the Newtonian Paradigm.

With this paradigm we assume that there will never be enough time, it is finite and we will always be in the pursuit of more.

This leads to a busy, rushing life in which we feel like we can’t catch up with our schedule. We feel like we can’t get everything that we want to be done in a day.

Newton Paradigm vs Einstein time

Hendricks suggests that we switch the way we view time to Einstein Time. This paradigm connects to Einstein’s therapy of relativity, but I will make it much simpler for you.

We all know how it feels different when we do boring things vs when we do things that we love. Sometimes we perceive it as passing faster and sometimes slower.

This means that we can decide how much of it we have or in better words how much space the time we have occupies. Hendricks’ idea is that time is in us not “out there” where we seek it.

It is something we can create space for. When we switch to this we can live a calmer more abundant life.

How does this relate to manifestation?

In Einstein time we are calmer, we don’t rush.

This allows us to switch certain limiting beliefs we have about it. For example, “I will never get this done”, “I don’t have time to meditate,” “Scripting just takes away time from my morning.”

All of this goes away and as we believe we have time for everything that we need to do in the day we relax and introduce a sense of gratitude and bliss into our lives.

If you know about energetic vibrations and manifestation, you know that we need to be energetically aligned with the vibrations of our manifestations.

This belief allows us to stay longer in these good vibes not only for the sake of manifesting but for the sake of being happy and in a good mood.

How to use it to create your dream life?

An important part of creating your dream life is taking inspired action. When we have big goals they take planning and scheduling to complete them.

Finding the time for these with the Newtonian paradigm almost feels impossible. Now that I have opened myself to the idea that it is something that comes from inside me I have opened so much space in my life to get to where I want to be.

Not only that but I became way more inspired to create and to share with others what has worked for me.

It is important to remember that another part of manifesting is acting as if we already are/have what we want. This is when the merging of past, present, and future comes in.

The philosophy that “Only the now exists,” might be something to consider when manifesting. That is why everyone says that to manifest what you want you should focus on the present moment and be grateful as what you want already exists.

The theory physicists have is that all of it (past, present, and future) is happening at the same time so you technically already have what you want.

That doesn’t mean we don’t perceive it differently and that we don’t have to work towards our goals. Just be aware of the sense of the present moment.

It is the belief that takes you there, the mind is powerful.

Here is a video that explains it in a simple way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5vzymaIabWI

Maybe not as simple but it helps you get your head wrapped around the complicated idea.

New habits you should form to move to Einstein time and manifest your dreams

1. How do you think about time?

You need to know that this is the most important habit to form. We use limiting beliefs every day about it that is almost never true. Switching your mindset to leave time out of negative situations is the first step.

For example, instead of saying “Sorry, I can’t stay any longer, I have to run to my class, try saying “Okay I’m going to my class now, see you later.” You have to stop using it as an excuse.

It is almost never about time isn’t it, it’s about what you decide to put first. Another example could be saying that you don’t have time that day for certain plans.

Instead try saying that you have other things to do, leave time out of the equation and you will have more of it.

2. Past present and future becoming one (time-travel)

I like to say that when you merge the past, present, and future you are time-traveling.

Cause you are everywhere at once. If you can keep the idea in your head that everything is happening at the same time, you can connect with your future self and be aware of who you want to be/who you are.

This makes it easier to trust that what you want will get to you.

3. Calm and gratitude

When we learn about time sometimes we want to take advantage of it and we don’t stop using it to think about the future.

A big part of manifestation is being okay and grateful for what we have now so that can reflect in our future.

It changes your mindset to an abundant one that calls in all of what you want.
