6 steps to manifest your vision life

How to manifest?

In this article, I will be sharing with you 6 steps that are crucial to master in order to manifest your future and your dreams.

It is important to know that we don’t have any will over other people and that although you can manifest a specific person into your life as well as a specific job, manifesting a person would be morally wrong. Not to mention that it could bring some consequences. But this is not to scare you out of manifesting but to encourage you to surrender to feeling and do it the right way.

For example, instead of wanting your future self to be married to Robert who you have only talked to once in your life. Try instead to manifest a feeling of a safe, healthy relationship in which you feel loved. In this case, we are going to manifest who we want to be in the future.

So get ready to picture everything that you want in your future life. Grab something to write on and let’s begin.

My examples are going to be in the third person but make sure that you write yours in FIRST PERSON!!

The 6 steps to manifesting your future self

1. What is your vision for your life?

Even if you want to manifest only one thing right now, it is important to have a vision of what you want in life. If you don’t have an idea of what you want in your future, imagine how you want to feel. Picture a specific general vibe or feeling that you want to be experiencing. Think about what you want for yourself allow yourself to be wild.

For example,

Future me is in a nice apartment in Costa Rica with her partner watching her do yoga in the morning while he makes breakfast. She owns a Tesla and her online business is skyrocketing. Next week she is going to Portugal to host a 3-day seminar in which she helps women get to their dream life.

2. Describe who that person is:

The next step is to know who your future self is. They are obviously you but describe some qualities that you would like to embody in the future. Make sure to mention some of your favorite qualities that you already have. This is to show you how close you are to being that person.

Be specific with the qualities and how they use them in the future.

For example,

Future me is really patient with other people and with herself. She respects her own time and how much it takes her to do things. She doesn’t rush and does things with care and love. She is really good at listening to her clients and she takes her time to find the right words to respond. She doesn’t take things personally and she stays calm during arguments.

In these examples, I used qualities that I want to have and some that I am working on or already have. If the most important part of your dream life is the job that you want I recommend that you add qualities that the job that you want would require and that would make you successful.

For example, They check the news and they know how to analyze how that would impact their workplace.

3. What is their daily routine?

Describe what is it that they do every day. From the second that they open their eyes to when they go to sleep. If their routine isn’t the same every day, try bringing it a step forward and describe their routine for a week.

(I’m going to do the next example in first person as you should be doing it)

For example,

I woke up today to the sun hitting my face. I measure my temperature and plug it into my natural cycles app. I give my partner a kiss on the forehead as they are still sleeping. I then put some workout clothes on and take my yoga mat out to the beach. I do my favorite yoga sequence and afterward, I decided to mix it up and build a sandcastle. My partner calls me from the balcony to come to have breakfast. I go upstairs and have some fruit and then eat some really good toast…

This is how specific you want your daily routine to be. If you describe a whole week you can add in variations of things that are going to happen differently that day, as I did with the sandcastle.

4. How do they feel?

This is the most important step in the manifestation process. It is to feel the way that future you would feel every day. Even if what you are doing in the present doesn’t bring you those emotions you have to incorporate them into your day.

Those emotions are the ones that are going to put you in the right vibrational frequency to match your dream life. Don’t forget to use your imagination and if you can’t bring those emotions looking at your present, imagine that you are in your dream life.

But be careful to not get to entangled in your mind as it is important to stay present and grateful for what you currently have because that is the way you would want to feel in the future. No one likes feeling like they are never satisfied with their lives.

Ask yourself what motivates your future self, what part of the present motivated them to become who they are. Then remember that you are that person and that you took them there so you can also take yourself.

5. Start implementing their daily habits into your life

You need to start embodying who they are and their daily habits.

For example,

For me, it would be important to start working on my patience as I know that is a trait that future me has. Also since she does yoga every morning I’m going to start doing it as well even if it’s not at the beach but in my small university room.

6. Make a vision board

This one is a plus. I believe that with all the other steps you could manifest what you desire. A vision board for me is a reminder of what I want and to work towards it. It is going to inspire you to embody what you wish to become.

Here is my blog post on how to make a vision board 😉

Don’t forget to feel and be grateful for who you are now. Let go of the future because it will come no matter what. Release your worries and live your dream life now.
