How to manifest using gratitude?

Why should you show gratitude for what you have?

Gratitude is a really good way to express the joy for what you have been given to someone else. Gratitude makes the people around you that gave you something proud of themselves and glad that they had the opportunity to make you happy. This makes people want to feel needed or important again. Making them want to give you something or do something for you again. It shows that you appreciate what everyone does for you and people’s efforts don’t go unnoticed.

Why should you show it to the universe?

This not only applies to the universe, those are my beliefs. But I’m talking about showing gratitude to any higher power you may believe in. When you feel like you can trust your higher power to do the greatest good for you, it is important to say thank you when asking. This leads to the belief that what you asked is already on its way to you: Gratitude is high vibrational emotion and resonating with it will attract good things that are on that vibration. That is why gratitude words are power words, they set you in that direction to obtain what you are trying to manifest. 

Different ways you can show gratitude:

Specific meditations-

Meditation is a really strong practice that allows you to go into a flow. Gratitude meditations help you to align with that energy even when you are not feeling grateful and helps you get in touch with what you want to manifest. 

Journaling-

Journaling with gratitude can be very simple, you can list a few things that you are grateful for each day. That way you make sure that you align with happiness and fulfillment in your life. 

Saying it out loud

Calling out loud that you are grateful for something that hasn’t happened yet is a great example of how gratitude works for manifestation. Stating that you are grateful for things as if you already had them invites that energy into your life. 

Showing yourself love

This is a big way to show gratitude to the universe and to life. To be grateful for yourself you should show love and appreciation for yourself. This will encourage you to change your thought pattern and actually see yourself as really important and valuable.
