Frequencies when talking about spirituality have a lot to do with the frequency of real waves around us. The frequency of waves is measured in hertz. It has to do with how many crests of a wave pass a fixed point in a certain amount of time. As the wave goes faster the frequency increases. In spirituality, there is the belief that certain frequencies we hear resonate with different moods or desires we have, and in order to obtain them, we need to match that vibration. Listening to these frequencies will give you a higher vibration and make it easier to manifest things or make you have a better mood.
High frequencies elevate your mood. They have to do with the amount of energy feel, your happiness, the abundance and love that you have in your body. If your frequency is not that high it will match the frequency that negative emotions, events, and objects emit. You will attract them because they will resonate with you. The frequency is frequently mentioned as your vibration you need to raise.
There are several activities that can help with raising your vibration. Staying in a calm environment will lower your stress levels and therefore lower your vibration. It can be hard to stay calm when you are running around worried about an event or a situation happening around you. A different thing would be to be doing exercise and fill yourself with energy and happiness even if you are not calm your vibration is high because you are getting the feel-good hormones from it.
Meditating is another really good way to raise your vibration. It helps neutralize your mood and makes you focus on your breath. Meditation brings you internal peace and allows you to focus on the good things in life. Manifesting can also raise your vibration because you begin to imagine the life you want to have. This makes you happy and raises your vibration because what you picture you want has a higher vibration. But in order to manifest it, you need to keep that high vibration.
It is essential to be constant and start by noticing when you are down, angry or sad. Recognizing your feelings first and thanking them for being them but welcoming them to go by and welcome the emotions you deserve. I know that being constantly happy is hard but it is a mindset that you have to achieve and maintain. Of course, you are allowed to feel emotions but don’t let the negative emotions be your default.
