Why living slow creates a mindful life?

What do I mean by living slow?

By living slow I mean to take in life as you go. It is basically to focus more on the process of what you are doing than on the result that you are going to obtain. This is a really smart way to enjoy life as you don’t give that much importance to what will happen at the end but to what you learned in the process.

By living slow I mean to be one with the rest. To appreciate the present instead of being so focused on what might happen in the future. In this world of hustling and wanting to get everything done as fast as you can it can be hard to simply do nothing and not feel guilty about it. It can be hard to find time to sit with yourself and reflect on your day or what has been happening lately. Pausing and seeing the world move around you can make you rethink a lot of things. There is a lot of things that come into play by living slow, like reducing consumerism. Living slow is about doing things with intention, light, and love.

Harnessing feminine energies

Living slow is also about appreciating your femininity and feminine energies within you. This power is about admiring and looking into what you have instead of what you need. While masculine energy is all about trying to control what is going around you and moving a fast pace life, feminine energy lets you enjoy what happens around you.

We all have masculine and feminine energies within us. But since we live in a world made for how men work thinking that women develop, think, and move in the same way, it can be hard to harness this feminine energy. A way that we can bring a little bit of these lost energies into us is by moving slow and allowing us to receive.

What will come with living slow?

With living slow you will reduce your stress a lot and become a much more patient person. You will start understanding the reason why you have certain habits. As well as learning why the people closest to you act the way they do. If things were out of control they will become easier to manage because you are seeing them from a different perspective.

When living slowly you become more mindful of your actions and how your past has an impact on them. Living slow allows you to live a more relaxed and peaceful life. It lets you connect with everything you do and making little things meaningful.
