The big question is: How do we become trapped in our healing journey?
The truth is, that it is something that happens naturally. As the day goes by and we don’t create a routine for ourselves or a system that keeps us on track we might stop doing all the things that were helping us move forward.
But don’t feel guilty about it, it is something completely normal. We sometimes become so used to the same things that we don’t realize how much work they were doing for us and how well they were working.
Also, sometimes the need for excitement in life wins and we start creating problems subconsciously so that we can solve them. That will keep us busy. Eventually, we will learn from our mistakes.
